Order Fulfillment
Items that are in stock will usually be shipped from our studio within 1 - 2 business days. Items that are not in stock will be made made by our artisans and will ship within 2 weeks from the time of your order. You can make notes on your order to let us know of any special shipping instructions or deadlines that you would like us to know about.

If you would like to change or cancel an unprocessed order for any reason, we ask that you contact us at sales@guyharveyjewelry.com as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request. However if you order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled while in transit.

When you receive your order from guyharveyjewelry.com inspect it carefully and contact us immediately if you are not completely satisfied so that we can start the return process.

Items purchased online from guyharveyjewelry.com will be accepted for return or exchange if returned in new condition within 14 days of receipt. All returns and exchanges require the original packing slip. Returns will be credited in the original method of payment. Items that have been custom sized are may not be returned. In your return package, please include the original packing and packaging. When shipping the item, please be sure to insure it for its full value. Please use a sturdy box that will protect the product. Do not use an envelope to ship jewelry. guyharveyjewelry.com is not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit. Once we have received your order with all required information and materials, we will either ship a replacement or issue a credit in the original form of payment, based on your request. Return processing will occur as soon as possible, usually within 3-5 business days of the receipt of merchandise.
